As a fractional CFO with a unique blend of investment banking and operational experience at fast-growing, investor-backed companies, I have seen what it takes to operate on a high level across multiple departments and have the 'back-office' in order. When engaging with new clients, I am applying a hands-on approach to building robust, data-driven finance and operations functions to drive efficiencies and cost savings which allows founders and owners to focus on their core business functions.

Over the past decade, I have:

Helped scale Flash Coffee from 30 to 250 stores across 7 countries, raised $65M+ and led global ERP roll-out and operational improvements

Built & led the finance, fundraising, HR and operations functions at Unravel Carbon (backed by Sequoia & YC Combinator) for 50+ employees across 3 countries

Managed the back office at  Green Is The New Black and guided the company from fundraising to expansion into HongKong and Europe to successful exit in 2023

What size of business do you work with?

We focus on SMEs and scale ups that have achieved product market fit and reached at least $2M in revenue.

What does it look like working with Indx?

We are hands-on operators. The first few months of engagement will be more intense where we will dig deep into your accounts and operating processes, clean up your historical accounts, redesign your P&L to fit your purpose, review historical performance and provide you the clarity needed to prepare for what’s next.

With this newfound clarity, we will conduct several workshops with you and your team to
build a strategy & roadmap, define key milestones, KPIs, ownership and accountability.

Often we'll work out of your office and complement your existing team.

What are your fees?

It depends on the level of support & resources you need as well as the size of your business. Our up-front due diligence process usually gives us enough data to propose a monthly flat fee which will likely range from $8,000 to $20,000 a month. In most cases, within 2-3 months, we have found savings and efficiency gains worth multiples of our monthly retainer.



Nonetheless, we have made exceptions for lower fees and discounts in the past.

What is your processes to determine the Scope of Work?

After an initial discovery call or a 1 hour workshop with the business owner to scope out the pain points and objectives, we usually sign an NDA in order to dig deeper.

Once we have viewer access to your systems, data, files, and documentation, we'll do heavy due diligence to understand your business better. We'll then prepare a scope of work which we will present to you before we move to contract signing.

What key customer pain points do you address?

You have achieved initial traction and now reached that point of "What got me here, won't get me there." This often comes after a fundraise and when your systems and processes need an upgrade to accommodate for growth and expansion whether of new products & services or new geographies.

We also help companies that are in distress despite generating a meaningful amount of revenue. We dig deep into the accounts to uncover inefficiencies and help restore peace of mind.
